Delete Your Account and Data
You can delete your SnapFont account and everything stored with it at any time, either directly in the app or by contacting us. This page explains how, and what is removed.
Delete In the App
- Open SnapFont and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete Account Data.
- Confirm. You are signed out and your data is removed.
What Is Deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and sign-in details, including your name and email address.
- Your handwriting sheet photos and the processed per-letter images and vector files.
- The fonts you have generated.
- Your projects and in-app settings.
This cannot be undone.
What May Be Retained
We may keep limited records where the law requires it, or for security and fraud prevention, along with anonymous usage statistics that are not linked to you. Backups are purged on a rolling basis, normally within 30 days. Subscription receipts are held by Apple or Google, not by us.
Request by Email
If you cannot open the app, email us from the address on your account and we will delete your account and data for you. We reply within 30 days.
